My journey as a fitness instructor began in 2015 when I became a certified Zumba instructor. Over the next two years, I added specialties like Nirvana Fitness and also certified as a AFAA Group Exercise instructor. Immersing myself in the fitness world, I discovered that maintaining physical health is as simple as staying active daily through activities you enjoy, like walking, dancing, running, or swimming etc —consistency is key."

I've been passionate about staying active since childhood, influenced by my mother's love for dance and my father's enthusiasm for sports. Trained in Classical Indian dance and various sports like Kabaddi, Kho-kho, and Badminton, I later faced challenges with a sedentary lifestyle in college, leading to weight gain and health issues. In my early 20s, I embraced strength and endurance training, but a demanding job disrupted my fitness journey again. Rediscovering movement through Zumba, I found my true calling as a fitness instructor. Today, I’m a full-time instructor, leading diverse fitness classes and loving every moment of it."

"In 2016, I completed the AFAA Group Exercise Instructor course, which taught me how to effectively lead classes for clients of all fitness levels—a transformative experience. That year, I also developed a deeper awareness of mental health and its impact on daily life. In 2016, I trained in the Nirvana Fitness program that helped me understand the importance of breathing correct and slowing down. Which is important in today’s life where we are constantly running and exposed to so much stress.

Over the years, I have had some injuries due to my activity levels and Pilates has been a cornerstone of my rehabilitation journey. Its focus on strength, stability, and mindful movement has not only helped me heal but also transformed my approach to fitness. Inspired by its profound impact, I made the decision in 2024 to become a certified Pilates instructor, eager to share its restorative power with others and help them build resilience in their own wellness journeys.
